Hello all!
A quick note before be get into the new content added to Whillo for April:
Android app users: there should be another update available in the Play Store that fixes more bugs in the Whillo app. It also adds the option (for those that have subscribed to Whillo directly via the Android app) to upgrade or switch their plans. As always, we recommend users sign up for Whillo online (as this makes it easier to manage your subscription, discount codes can be added, etc.) but for those that prefer to manage their plan from the Android app, we now have that option.
To learn more about updating your app, please see https://whillo.com/updating-the-whillo-app/
Some of the new books for April include "Happy Jack", several new books in the "Andi" series by Susan Marlow, another book in the popular Dave & Neta collection "The Queen's Smuggler", as well as some new books for our very young children, the "Jem" series by Susan Marlow (these will be available on Whillo April 7).
And last (but certainly not least!) the final book in the Journey Through the Night Collection "A New Day" is now on Whillo. (Our Dutch listeners will appreciate the beautiful rendition of "Wilhelmus" in the intro to this book, written and performed by Daniel Kim).
April brings several new albums to Whillo including Whillo-exclusive "A Quiet Path", an album of calm piano Psalters (we plan to add the entire Psalter to this collection over the coming months).
We also have an album of nursery rhymes written and performed by Daniel Kim (fun for the whole family!), another album of organ Psalters by organist Helen Verhoef, and an album from the new-to-Whillo Sharon Singers (acapella hymns and gospel songs). We've also added two more incredible choir albums by the Hosanna and Mattaniah choirs.
Our "Dutch listeners" will be happy to see that we've added more piano music by Dutch musician Arjan Huizer, a collection of organ improvisations by Dutch musician Hugo van der Meij (welcome to Whillo, Hugo!), and choir music by the "Urker Mans Formatie" by choir director Martin Mans.
As always, if you run into issues with the Whillo app or website please let us know by email (support@whillo.com) or browse our Frequently Asked Questions (https://whillo.com/frequently-asked-questions/) which covers most commonly asked questions.
Happy listening!
The Whillo Team
